At Puja Ghar Online, we try to cater to you, the best-in-class products to our customers. Still, unfortunately, if we can’t live up to your expectations, you can always return the purchased item with 5 days after receiving it. However, we cannot offer any refund or exchange once this time frame lapses.
To make an item eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received with original packaging and in unused condition.
What can you return and when?
A) Customers can return any broken or damaged items
B) When you receive a different product other than the one you ordered.
C) When you are dissatisfied with the product received (please go through below conditions):
- We shall return your product value; however, the cart value isn’t refunded.
- While returning, customers need to bear the shipping charges.
- You need to pack the product in the original packaging and return it to the address mentioned on the receipt.
What items can NOT be returned?
A) We don’t accept items that have been soiled, washed, or worn.
B) Any consumable items like turmeric, ghee, etc.
C) Heavy items such as pooja mandir, paintings, temples, or statues.
D) Customised items or any customised pooja boxes or items.
For availing the return policy, customers need to send us proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case they received any damaged items or wrong shipment).
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we shall notify you with a confirmation email stating that we have received the product. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once the refund request gets approved, we will process the return procedure. You will automatically receive a credited amount in your credit card or the original payment mode within 7-21 working days. (Also check with your bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and processing the return request, we shall initiate your refund within 7 business days. In general, it takes 7-21 days for the return of your item. However, it can take some time before the refund is officially posted. Contact us at email@example.com if you haven’t received your refund even after 21 working days after confirming with your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At Puja Ghar Online, we only replace items that are damaged or defective. So if you need to exchange it and receive the same item, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
